All employees must review and approve their timecards in Paychex Flex before 10:00 AM on the Monday following the end of each pay period. Approving your timecard ensures that your hours are accurate and your paycheck is processed on time.
Failure to approve your timecard by the deadline may delay your payroll processing.
Enter your username and password to sign in.
If you’ve forgotten your password, click “Forgot Password?” to reset it.
From the Dashboard, select Time & Attendance.
Click Timesheets or My Timecard, depending on your view.
Select the appropriate pay period (the current or most recent one).
Check that all work hours, meal breaks, and any PTO or holiday hours are accurate.
Make sure there are no missing punches or unapproved time-off requests.
If you notice an error, contact your supervisor or HR immediately before approving.
Once everything is correct, click Approve (usually at the top or bottom of the timecard screen).

You’ll see a confirmation message indicating your approval was successful.
After approving, your timecard should display a status of “Approved” or a checkmark icon.
If it still says “Pending,” refresh your browser or log out and back in to confirm.
