Where Requests Are Sent

All verification requests must be sent to:

Requests sent through other channels (direct messages, phone calls, or personal emails) will not be processed.


Authorization Requirement

Before any employment information can be released:
  • The requesting party must have written authorization from you, the employee
  • Authorization must clearly permit AmeriPharma to share your employment information

Without proper authorization, HR will be unable to fulfill the request.


Response Time

  • Employment verification requests are typically processed within three (3) business days
  • Response times may vary depending on request volume or completeness of documentation

To avoid delays, ensure authorization is included when the request is submitted.
