If you’re an employee at AmeriPharma and you’re having trouble logging into Paychex, there are a couple of common reasons this might happen. This guide will walk you through the most frequent issues and how to fix them.
Issue #1: You Have an Existing Paychex Account
This issue is most common among new hires who have used Paychex with a previous employer.
How to Fix It
Call Paychex Employee Support: 844-729-9247 and let them know you used Paychex with a previous employer and need assistance adjusting your account so that you can log in for your new employer (AmeriPharma). Once they fix your profile, you should be able to log in normally.
Issue #2: Account Lockout
If you or any current employee enters the wrong password too many times, Paychex will automatically lock the account.
How to Fix It
Call Paychex Employee Support: 844-729-9247 and let them know you have been locked out of Paychex because you attempted to log into your account too many times. They should be able to unlock your account for you.
